2. Description of Service

BEEPRLY is a topic-based notification platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage topics
• Subscribe to topics and receive updates
• Share updates in various formats (text, images, links, locations)
• Discover and search for topics
• Manage subscriptions and preferences

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. User Content and Community Guidelines

4.1 Zero Tolerance Policy

BEEPRLY has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the Service, you agree that you will not post, share, or transmit any content that is objectionable, abusive, harmful, or violates these Terms. Users who engage in such behavior will be immediately removed from the Service.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, violence, explicit sexual content, illegal activities, spam, misinformation, or any content that infringes upon the rights of others.

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.3 Content Standards

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any User Content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is defamatory, obscene, or pornographic
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains false or misleading information
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive content

4.4 Content Filtering

BEEPRLY employs automated and manual content filtering systems to detect and prevent objectionable content from appearing on the Service. Our filtering mechanisms include:

• Automated keyword and pattern detection
• Image and media content analysis
• User behavior monitoring and pattern recognition
• Manual review by our moderation team
• Community reporting and flagging systems

Content that is flagged by our systems or reported by users will be reviewed and may be removed immediately, even before manual review is completed.

4.5 Reporting Objectionable Content

Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting feature. When you report content, you may select from the following categories:

• Spam
• Harassment or Bullying
• Hate Speech
• Inappropriate Content
• Violence or Threats
• False Information
• Copyright Violation
• Other

All reports are immediately reviewed by our moderation team. We are committed to acting on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon verification, we will:

• Remove the objectionable content immediately
• Eject or permanently ban the user who provided the offending content
• Notify reporting users of the action taken (when appropriate)
• Take additional measures to prevent similar content from appearing

4.6 Blocking Abusive Users

Users have the ability to block other users who engage in abusive behavior. When you block a user:

• The blocked user's content will be immediately removed from your feed
• The blocked user will not be able to interact with you or see your content
• BEEPRLY will be automatically notified of the block action
• Our moderation team will review the block to determine if additional action is needed
• If the blocked user has engaged in objectionable behavior, they may be permanently removed from the Service

Blocking is an immediate action that takes effect instantly. You can manage your blocked users list in your account settings.

4.7 Content Moderation Response Time

BEEPRLY is committed to maintaining a safe community. We commit to:

• Reviewing all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours
• Removing verified objectionable content immediately upon review
• Permanently ejecting users who provide objectionable content
• Taking proactive measures to prevent repeat offenders from accessing the Service

In cases of severe violations (threats, illegal content, etc.), we may take immediate action before the 24-hour review period.

4.8 Content Removal and Account Termination

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. Users who repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in objectionable behavior will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be banned from using the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BEEPRLY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
• To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

7. API and Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services and provide API access for external updates. When using these features:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• You must comply with all applicable rate limits and usage restrictions
• We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEEPRLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BEEPRLY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BEEPRLY operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
